Where to find Budger Blackpowder for the Heart of the Shiverpeaks quest
I am currently trying to do the Heart of the Shiverpeaks quest but I seem to have come across a snag: when I get to the Battledepths and talk to King Jalis, he says that I am to meet Budger Blackpowder within the Heart of the Shiverpeaks. But when I look for him I cannot see Budger, the green star is blinking on the king yet he has no Exclamation mark over his head and there is no Quest/Direction arrow going anywhere. Where the heck can I find Budger for this quest/mission?
I have completed all the Asura, Norn and Vanguard portions so I know I am not missing any requirements or is there something else I have to do? I have rezoned twice but to no avail. I have seen a door to the south of the king (with the zone marker) but it seems locked. When I look around I do not see the Heart of the Shiverpeaks yellow sign. What do I have to do to complete this quest? Is it just a question of walking around in the Battledepths explorable area? Any help is appreciated. |

Just open your mini-map and look for a gate with 'Heart of Shiverpeaks' on it (a red stair), enter it and complete the quest. You will meet Budger this way.
